Schedule Builder is an add-on in Education Harvester that turns your existing session data into a finished event agenda. You set the rules that matter for your event, covering rooms, time slots, speakers, and more, and you get a conflict-free schedule in minutes. From there you can drag sessions where you want them, pin the placements you’ve already decided, and regenerate around them. Approving the schedule fills in the room and time slot on each session in Education Harvester, so nothing has to be entered twice.
