We’re expanding member lookup in Registration to recognize member-identifier formats used by a broader range of membership systems. Removing previous compatibility constraints means Registration can connect with virtually any membership platform that exposes the right lookup endpoints, giving your organization more flexibility to choose or keep the membership system that works best.
This roadmap item is part of the strategic initiative to simplify and expand integration offerings.
